The Bahamas Conference of the Methodist Church has been providing disaster relief to Bahamians since 1992, when Hurricane Andrew devastated many communities throughout the islands.  Today, Methodist Habitat continues these efforts and avidly seeks new ways to assist individuals and communities in need.

Our Mission is . . .
Building sustainable communities through partnership

Our Vision is . . .
To see each community become more resourceful and less reliant on external forces to thrive

Our Purpose is . . .
Improving the quality of life for Bahamian families by providing an array of services that build self-reliance and foster personal and community achievement

Our Values are . . .
Not to discriminate; Methodist Habitat assists anyone in need, regardless of race, religion, gender, or ethnicity. We will honor the integrity of each individual.
